Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Aurora Point ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our Instagram growth services. You agree that by accessing our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING OUR SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Service Description

Aurora Point provides organic Instagram growth services designed to help individuals and businesses increase their Instagram following through authentic engagement strategies. Our services include:

• Organic follower growth through targeted engagement
• Audience targeting and analysis
• Profile optimization recommendations
• Content strategy guidance
• Analytics and performance reporting
• Customer support and account management

Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service
• You own or have authorization to manage the Instagram account(s) you submit to our service
• Your Instagram account complies with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete
• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Account Registration and Security

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your Instagram account remains in good standing

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Instagram Account Access

Our services require limited access to your Instagram account information. By using our services, you authorize us to:

• Access your public Instagram profile information
• View your follower count and engagement metrics
• Analyze your content performance
• Engage with other Instagram users on your behalf (within Instagram's guidelines)

We will NEVER ask for your Instagram password. We operate within Instagram's API terms and Platform Policy. You can revoke our access at any time through your Instagram settings.

Subscription and Payment Terms

Billing

Our services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic recurring billing on your selected billing cycle
• Provide valid payment information and keep it up to date
• Pay any applicable taxes

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next billing date. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Service Expectations and Limitations

No Guaranteed Results

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific follower counts or growth rates
• Particular engagement levels or metrics
• Viral content or instant success
• Results within a specific timeframe

Instagram growth depends on many factors including content quality, niche competitiveness, account history, and Instagram's algorithm changes.

Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services in conjunction with bots, automation tools, or other growth services
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Use our services for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Share your account access with unauthorized parties
• Use our services to promote hate speech, violence, or illegal content
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by Aurora Point and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Instagram. We are not responsible for:

• The content or practices of third-party websites
• Changes to Instagram's policies or algorithms
• Actions taken by Instagram regarding your account
• Third-party payment processors

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORA POINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Instagram account suspension, restriction, or termination
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurora Point and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including Instagram's terms
• Any content you post or share through your Instagram account

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of Instagram's terms
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated terms on our website
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Severability

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurora Point regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
